My newest dinner hyper fixation: burger bowls. They’re easy to prep, so delicious, and taste exactly like a burger but in salad form, making this the ultimate wholesome dinner the whole family will love!

Serves: 4
Ingredients
Olive oil
500g beef mince
1 tbsp stock powder
1 white onion, finely diced
1 butter lettuce
2 tomatoes, finely diced
3 potatoes
Burger pickles, roughly chopped
Cheese, grated
Burger sauce:
2 tbsp mayonaise
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp dijon mustard
2 tsp pickle juice
1 tsp water
salt and pepper
Method
Cut the potato into chips and air fry or oven bake them at 180’C until golden, around 25 minutes in the oven and 20 minutes in the air fryer.
Combine everything for the burger sauce in a small bowl and whisk to combine.
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large pan. Add the onion and cook for 8-10 mins until softened. Remove from the pan.
Add the beef mince and stock powder and cook for 7-8 mins or until fully cooked.
To assemble, divide the potato chips between bowls. Add the lettuce, beef mince, cooked onion, grated cheese, diced tomato and pickles. Drizzle over the sauce and serve immediately.
