Egg and Bacon Roll

Sunday brunch sorted. At home, because your avo on sourdough for $18 is overrated, AND overpriced, amirite? Quick, easy and so damn tasty. I love these burger thins as an alternative to a regular bread roll because it’s a little lighter. I also added some rocket and of course bbq sauce.

Ingredients

2 pieces short cut bacon

1 egg

BBQ sauce

1 Tip Top Burger thin

Handful of rocket
